In order to be successful architects, we must be excellent listeners. Our job is to fuse together what our client needs with what we know they can have. But we must be tuned in to their desires, their expectations, their standards – and then deliver beyond each of those. Our culture of empowering each of our team members to be leaders who create exceptional designs, combined with our amazing clients' visions, has led us to be recognized for our design excellence.
Sustainable Design
At OMNIPLAN, sustainability is so much more than a certificate. We take a holistic approach to sustainability on every project we design because we understand that healthy projects are more than just acquiring LEED certification. Community connectivity, natural lighting, being an asset rather than an irritant to the neighborhood and so much more goes into the success of a project. For this reason, we encourage all of our designers to earn WELL certification in addition to LEED. WELL goes beyond the environmental impact of projects and also focuses on the health and human experience of design. By striving for WELL and LEED certification, OMNIPLAN seeks to have a positive impact on the world around us that will extend long after the initial design but will improve the environment future users will enjoy as well.
