Tip Retires
After four decades of visionary leadership, Tip Housewright FAIA, is stepping down as CEO of OMNIPLAN. Tip’s influence on the firm has been profound - guiding our growth, cultivating a strong culture, and shaping iconic projects. During his tenure, the firm completed some of the most impactful work in Dallas, including the Quad redevelopment, the evolution of Highland Park Village, expansion of NorthPark Center and creation of the Watermark Church campus.
His leadership has left an enduring mark on our practice and the communities we serve. Outside of the firm, Tip has played a vital role advocating for our local architectural industry for decades. His ongoing role as City Plan Commissioner is a testament to his passion for urban planning and creating a better city for all.

Ben Takes the Helm
We are proud to announce that Ben Crawford, AIA, has been named OMNIPLAN’s new Managing Partner. Over his decades of practice Ben has led award winning projects and served the DFW design community. He will apply his experience to our commercial, institutional and public sector practices. Ben brings deep knowledge, a forward-thinking perspective, and a collaborative spirit to this new role. He is a trusted leader within our team, championing design excellence, vision and client service.

A Dynamic Partnership
Our firm will be led by an exceptional team of Partners who help guide every facet of the firm. Pictured left to right, Kristin John leads our growing interiors and service sector practice and manages the financial operations of the firm. Andy Fast serves as a Design Principal, collaboratively guiding the creative process in our retail, commercial and multifamily sectors, ensuring our work reflects innovation and clarity of purpose. Amanda Buckley is responsible for the firm’s communication and branding aligning our goals with our values and voice. John Hampton applies decades of technical leadership to his role overseeing the quality and precision of our design work. Together, this leadership team brings a balance of artistry, expertise, rigor, and insight to the future of the firm.
