2300 Riverside is a luxury high-rise apartment building built on the banks of the Arkansas River in a fine, old, residential neighborhood, overlooking Downtown Tulsa. The 16-story building is simply and gracefully proportioned. Its expression is a careful composition of overlaying grids of building elements: structure, guard rails, glazed openings and solid masses.
