Associate Principal | Technical Director
With nearly 30 years of experience, Steve Brookover is a Technical Director at OMNIPLAN. He has played key leadership roles on a broad range of project types, including workplace, mixed-use, civic, interiors, multifamily and hospitality. This range of experience, combined with his strong design aesthetic and technical background, allows Steve to successfully deliver a project from beginning to end. He strives to forge collaborative relationships between all members of the team, strongly believing this is a key to the success of any project. Steve is passionate about ensuring that the projects are within budget, on-time and coordinated to meet the function, feasibility and aesthetic expectations of the client. His technical expertise enables him to effectively lead and manage complex projects with an emphasis on both design quality and the overall quality of document deliverables.
Outside the office, Steve is active in his church, enjoys being a husband and dad and working to stay ahead of an ever evolving list of home improvement projects. Steve lives in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas with his wife and three children.
