Rick has more than 30 years of experience in the architecture, interior and landscape design. For more than 9 years Rick has worked with OMNIPLAN on several of the firm’s projects and is currently a Senior Project Architect and Senior Associate. He has been instrumental in the numerous on-going redevelopment projects at Highland Park Village. He completed the Outlet Collection Riverwalk; a complete interior renovation and expansion of an existing mall located in downtown New Orleans on the Mississippi River and converted it to the first urban outlet mall in the U.S. Rick was also instrumental in leading the team on Santa Monica Place, a complex retail project in downtown Santa Monica, California that involved the extensive transformation of an existing 3-story indoor covered mall into a vibrant urban open-air mall.
