Timothy
Astor
RA, NCARB, WELL AP
Associate | Project Designer
Tim Astor is an architect at OMNIPLAN who brings a bold design perspective and a disciplined work ethic to every project. With a background in performing arts, he approaches architecture with a dynamic and nuanced understanding of space, movement, and experience. Tim’s portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from large-scale urban mixed-use developments to cultural and hospitality spaces, where his ability to challenge conventional design results in distinctive, user-focused environments. His collaborative approach fosters strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring that each project not only meets functional goals but also creates memorable and engaging experiences. Whether shaping high-profile commercial developments or multifamily communities, Tim's work reflects a thoughtful balance of creativity and technical rigor.
Outside the office, Tim’s competitive spirit shines through his love of fantasy football, where he takes great pride in outmaneuvering friends and family. He also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, baking for his husband, and indulging in his passion for great coffee—all while spoiling their beloved dog.
