The Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) is a nonprofit rooted in empowering leaders within underserved communities. Influenced by the Foundation’s conviction that strong local leadership sustains a healthy city, the two-story headquarters translates social purpose into urban form. The building’s compact footprint hugs the sidewalk to reinforce pedestrian walkability, deliberately preserving an alle?e of street trees that shades the public realm and anchors the site in its East Dallas context.
