Dallas’ Newest District

East Quarter was once known as an automotive and industrial hub in the 1920s closely nestled to Downtown Dallas within the Central Business District. With the resurgence of Downtown Dallas, this ideal location is being re-envisioned as a creative epicenter in the heart of Downtown. The historic character of the area will drive the design and planning of East Quarter and create a modern-day urban neighborhood.

This is a neighborhood that’s been over 100 years in the making. Some think it’s the best-kept secret in our City.

East Quarter is in collaboration with the Dallas 360 Strategic Plan coupled with Harwood Park, Farmers Market, Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas. Upon its final build-out over a number of phases, East Quarter will be home to office, retail and restaurant space within the various historic buildings.

Chef Nick Badovinus will open his newest restaurant, National Anthem in the Iconic triangular Magnolia Oil/KLIF building.
