A City Between Two Cities

The CityLine development is located on 186 acres near the intersection of the George Bush Turnpike (Highway 190) and Central Expressway in Richardson, Texas. The name CityLine was a natural choice as the development is on the border of two great cities: Richardson and Plano. Adjacent to DART’s existing light rail station and surrounded by major highways, CityLine aspires to be an instant city with a true urban environment.

Creating an Urban Environment

The masterplan focuses on creating a pedestrian-friendly environment while providing easy access for vehicles and ample parking. This compelling urban environment attracts a dynamic mix of full time residents, workers, and shoppers looking for extraordinary dining and entertainment options. Cityline also provides residential options for both multifamily rentals and single family homes.

Designed with the User in Mind

The goal for Cityline was to create an environment that looks and feels like it's own community. Accomplishing both walkability and select attractions and dining, this captivating environment invites an array of visitors and residents.

    Urbanized Office Space

State Farm leases the 2.2 million SF of office towers. Each tower is situated above a five-level parking structure with ground-floor retail space and surrounded by ample park space.

    Retail, Dining, Entertainment and More

Approximately 231,600 SF of retail, dining, entertainment, hospitality and residential space with another 30,235 SF of shell space for future retail.

    Plenty of Open Space

Dallas' Klyde Warren Park landscape architect, James Burnett, helped design a centrally-located urban plaza. Located adjacent to the plaza is an open green space to give the site a increased sense of community for public activities and games.
