Supporting the expounding growth of Watermark Community Church, a nine-story, 140,000 SF office building was purchased to provide immediate facilities for this growing congregation.  

Omniplan worked closely with the Church to retrofit the existing structure which today provides accommodations for infants, pre-school children, students, and adult worship space.  The existing office building houses administrative offices, mid-week meeting space for various adult ministries, and a new worship center.
