Park Meadows

The redevelopment of an existing anchor pad at Park Meadows Mall called for the creation of a 193,000 square foot open-air village. The expansion will be comprised of one and two-story retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants and will incorporate patron amenities such as a covered drop-off and colonnade, water feature, outdoor fireplace, and lush landscaping. The architectural design and material palette will complement the strong mall character which includes standing seam metal, native stone veneer and heavy timber structure.
