The Morgan Stanley North Dallas Branch, Dallas' largest branch office, relocated to a 24,000 SF facility in Providence Towers. This branch is the first within the Morgan Stanley branch office system, outside of New York City, to conceptually design around their clients. Wealth Management Portfolios are suites within the floor plate catering to a higher wealth based client. A transitional design concept, which is a departure from the traditional concepts of years past, reflects the changing image of Morgan Stanley. The North Dallas Branch will serve as a model for future branch offices, opting for a transitional design approach.
